CURVES

We like to call the market segment we're in CURVES - that's an alliteration for "Commodities that Require Value-added Services." We're treating ANSI pump parts as a commodity item: an industrial product where even the parts are interchangeable between different manufacturers like Goulds, Summit, Griswold, Aurora, and our own OnHandSupply parts.

We expect commodity products to be competitively priced, and easily sourced. That's what we're trying to do at OnHandSupply.com. We make it easy to find the parts you're looking for, see the price, see the delivery times and rates, and place the order without the hassle of waiting around for quotes.

But we also understand the importance of the value-added services. The value added services in this case would be trimming and balancing impellers which we offer. We offer pump assemblies - packaging it correctly and getting it to you on time and undamaged. We have people ready to answer questions you may have about our products, what seal you should use in your application, and other concerns.

If you like what we're doing and you want to be involved, we want to hear from you! We would like to add other locations, other pump sizes, other metallurgy, and other product groups - and a lot of that will hopefully be influenced by what you want, what you don't need, what you like, and what you don't like.
