OnHandSupply.com understands downtime and doesn’t like it any more than you do. We’re not bean counters - we’re ex-maintenance people wanting to serve you like the “good old days” so that you demand to do business with OnHandSupply.

To that end, all our warehouses have access within two hour’s notice, 24/7/365. After normal hours there is a $200 fee. You can come to the warehouse, send a courier, or we can send one for you.

Our phone will be answered by real people, also 24/7/365  (250)240-6144. You run 24/7/365 and so do we.

We don’t hit you with “rush” charges. We appreciate your order. You’ll pay the same for what you buy whenever you buy it. And, we’ll say, “Thank you for your order.”
